If you’re an organisation needing help creating change through collaboration, take a look at the various ways I can help you below.
I work with organisations in a variety of ways including undertaking service reviews (particularly services offering well-being support to students), Inclusive Teaching and Learning reviews (using a well-regarded framework that can be tailored to different Universities or colleges) as well as broader projects looking at areas such as organisational mental well-being, training and CPD as well as developing and implementing inclusion initiatives.
I also work with organisations outside of the education sector on equality and inclusion, well-being and strategy including facilitating away days, conferences and events. I have a large network of associates many of whom have delivered inclusion projects nationally and internationally. I am also an associate for the Goss Consultancy.
I deliver training on disability confidence, unconscious bias, all areas of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and many other areas of policy and strategy. My style is informal but dynamic and I regularly receive outstanding feedback from training I deliver which has included participants from academic and non-academic backgrounds in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and in Asia.
Mentoring & Co-Coaching
I am available to provide mentoring and co-coaching to individuals with a disability, or other diverse profiles. I currently mentor people working in some of the best Universities in the world. I am also adept at supporting the development of employee networks, particular for disabled employees, both strategically and operationally.
